This privacy policy describes how Nextrivolumyxarq BV, with its registered office at Louizalaan 523, 1050 Brussels, Belgium, processes personal data you share with us via this website. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
1. What data do we process?
When you subscribe to our newsletter we process your first name and email address. We also collect limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type and visit timestamp to safeguard the security and operation of the website.
2. Why do we process your data?
We use your data to send you our newsletter about Belgian real estate projects, to inform you about new developments in Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent and Liège, and to prevent abuse or fraud. The legal basis is your explicit consent and our legitimate interest.
3. How long do we keep your data?
Your subscription data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter and for a maximum of 24 months after you unsubscribe. Technical log files are deleted after 12 months.
